Bisol Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Crede
Brilliant straw yellow with a perlage consisting of a myriad of minute and persistent bubbles. Scents of wildflowers that are appropriately Intense and fresh and an emerging and agreeable note of fruitiness. As in the bouquet, there are fruity hints of apples and pears and their harmony is completed by a rich and refined sapidity.

Not cheap by Prosecco standards, and that extra level of quality is evident at every checkpoint. The bouquet is exceedingly snappy, with pure lemon-lime aromas. Citrus, green apple and white pepper flavors create a near-perfect palate, while the mouthfeel is excellent. About as good as Prosecco gets.
