The palate is rich and supple, showing black raspberry, cherry pie, black currant, rose, violet and oak spice with a persistent and seamless finish. Wine Spectator Firm in texture. Aromatic, with dark plum and gentle spice notes, and generous with its pure blackberry and currant flavors, persisting enticingly on the fine-grained finish. Drink now through 2014.
