Medium ruby in color. Slightly floral with musk rose aromas, dried herbs, with rosemary at the forefront. Cherry and boysenberry dominate on the palate with hints of brown sugar and spice, complemented by sage and sun-dried tomatoes with cedar undertones. Medium long euphonic finish with medium tannins. A contemplative Zin, that's easy to drink with light fare or by itself. Pair with Teriyaki salmon, Manchego meatballs or smoked rosemary chicken.
