Deeply-coloured and bright in appearance, this wine has a highly fragrant, expressive nose. The Pinot Noir provides its aromas of red berry fruits, fresh strawberry purée and raspberries. On the palate, this is a full, generous wine with a creamy, round and delicate effervescence. The palate reveals the same red berry fruits.

Serving Suggestions: This convivial and original champagne is ideal before or during a meal. It would go perfectly with pan-seared foie gras in red berries, fillet of duck with baked figs, or a delicate cherry-filled puff pastry dessert.
