Ruby red at the core with intense purple reflections, this Dolcetto is intense and fruity on the nose, with delicious aromas of wild berries, cherries, red apple, and a slight bitter almond note. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, the Vigna Scot is warm and soft in the mouth, delightfully well balanced. This wine would drink beautifully with salami, pasta dishes, and white meats.
